Emaljen Fastigheter restores and develops properties with the kind of attention to material and detail you can only do when you own the buildings you manage. The engagement started before the website — with the identity itself. Logo, emblem, colour palette, typography, and a full set of favicon and app-icon assets, shipped as clean SVG so the group has everything from business card to OG-image covered from a single source.
On top of that identity we built the marketing site — WordPress with a fully custom theme, a small set of plugins chosen for longevity rather than plugin-directory popularity, and a mobile-first layout that prospective tenants actually read on their phone between the viewing and the parking lot.
